This week the children in the Kindergarten room had the opportunity to make their own Butter.
Through some discussion and research, the Kindergarten Teacher, Mel, and the children, discovered that butter could be made by pouring thickening cream into a jar and giving it a good long shake.
Through this amazing scientific experience, the Kindergarten children were able to observe the changes that took place while making the butter and this opened the dialogue on the importance of healthy eating.
