In, out, down and up!

Educator Rachel stuck masking tape on the floor to create a game, as the children and Rachel hopped in and out of the circle. It started with a small group and extended to a bigger group. Rachel then needed to make a bigger circle.  When the children understood the concept of going out, and going in, they held hands as they walked in and out of the circle. Rachel then gave prompts, “Everybody go inside the circle!”, so the children went in and sat down.  “Everybody go out the circle!” Rachel prompted again, and the children ran out and stood outside the line. This became a fun experience enabling children to understand the different concept of directions (in, out, down and up)
