New Menu Recipe –
1C wholemeal Self-Raising Flour
I Cup Self-Raising Flour
3 Tablespoons of butter
1. Mix flours in a large bowl.
2. Add margarine and crumb between fingers till crumb like consistency.
3. Make a well in the middle pour milk. Mix with butter knife, then knead the dough.
4. Roll out dough to 1cm thickness. Spread vegemite and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Roll the dough. Cut into 1cm thickness.
6. Place on oven tray and bake till golden brown 15-20mins.
